Minthis brings together relaxed Mediterranean dining, local Cypriot ingredients and a sense of occasion shaped by the hills above Paphos. Chefs draw from the estate’s gardens, orchards, vineyards, olive groves and beehives, then pair seasonal dishes with a thoughtful selection of Cypriot and international wines.
From an unhurried breakfast overlooking the greens to cocktails after dusk in the Plateia, every table offers a different way to experience the resort.
AMARACUS
Amaracus
Named for the wild oregano that scents the Minthis hills, Amaracus is the resort’s evening restaurant—a seasonal expression of Cyprus and the wider Mediterranean. The menu lets ingredients lead, with herbs from the gardens, fruit from the orchards and produce sourced close to home.
Created by the executive culinary team, dishes move between land and sea with clarity and warmth, supported by wines chosen for the moment.
Amaracus is open daily from 17:00–23:00,
with food served from 18:00–22:00.
CLUBHOUSE RESTAURANT
Clubhouse Restaurant
Overlooking the golf greens, the Clubhouse Restaurant combines quietly confident design with easy, attentive service. Its menus bring Cypriot flavours into conversation with Mediterranean classics, using ingredients grown, reared, caught and foraged as close to Minthis as possible.
Enjoy breakfast and lunch in the open light of the course, or gather for a longer occasion in the private dining room.
The Clubhouse is open daily from 07:30–19:00,
with food served from 07:30–17:30.
BAR-M
BAR-M
BAR-M brings a more intimate after-dark note to the Plateia. Its rich, considered interiors make space for an aperitif, a late conversation or a relaxed evening shared over small plates.
The bar’s infusion-led cocktails, Champagne, wines and spirits are complemented by elegant sharing dishes and lighter snacks.
